Overview
This article will explain how to clear your browser's cache as a first troubleshooting step when facing issues with the Agemni site.
This guide is applicable to the following browsers:
- Internet Explorer
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari (for Windows and MacOS)
Steps

On Internet Explorer:
- Click on the gear icon (
) and from the menu choose Safety > Delete browsing history or press on your keyboard Ctrl+Shift+Del.
- Choose the types of data or files that you want to remove from your PC, and then select Delete. The most common selection is the one shown below.
- A confirmation message at the bottom of the window appears once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
- Done.

On Chrome:
- Launch the Chrome browser.
- At the top right of the page, click More (
).
- Click More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
- A window displays options with checkboxes and a Time Range field.
- In the Time Range drop-down menu, choose the appropriate period of data that you want to clear. If you want to clear everything, choose All Time.
- Choose what you need to clear, the most common selection is to check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
- Done.

On Firefox:
- Launch the Firefox browser.
- Click the Menu (
) button and choose Options.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- In the Cookies & Site Data section, click Clear Data.
- Uncheck the Cookies and Site Data.
- Check Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
- Close the browser. All changes made will be automatically saved.
You may also set Firefox to automatically clear the cache when Firefox closes:
- Click the Menu (
) button and choose Options.
- SelectPrivacy & Security.
- In the History section, set Firefox will to Use custom settings for history.
- Select the check box for Clear history when Firefox closes.
- Click the Settings button. The Settings for the Clearing History window will open.
- In the Settings for the Clearing History window, check the box next to Cache.

On Safari (Windows):
- Launch the Safari browser.
- Click on Tools (
) > Reset Safari...
- Check Empty the cache and Remove all cookies, then click on Reset.
- Done.

On Safari (Mac OS):
- Launch the Safari browser.
- Click Safari in the upper left-hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
- In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data....
- Click Remove Now in the pop-up window that appears.
- Done.
